Any personal information you share with Fat-Cat Fish is kept absolutely private. Neither your name or anything about you is sold or shared with any other company or agency. Occasionally, we like to contact our customers to make folks aware of upcoming products or specials. However, we respect your right to privacy and will not send notices if you contact us and ask us not to.
Fat-Cat Fish is strongly committed to protecting privacy of its customers and visitors. This policy describes what information we collect from customers and how we use that information once collected.
Request for Customer Data
We require customers to fill out a registration form prior to allowing you to make purchases through our web site. We take children’s privacy seriously. We do not seek to collect personal information about children through our site. If we become aware that a person submitting information to us through any part of our site is a child, we delete the information as soon as we discover it and do not use it for any purpose, nor do we disclose it to third parties. The Websites have reasonable technical and security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures. Although we cannot guarantee that our systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, we periodically update our technology in order to improve protection of customer information. The Websites do not use a secure server to transmit sensitive data to and from our site. However, if you place an order online, our third-party service providers that collect or process credit card information for online orders do use secure servers. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy and our use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and State of Washington. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Washington.
Any translation of this policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this policy shall govern.
