Production Workers – Pet Food Processing
Pet Food Processor of Fish ingredients looking to hire 4 general laborers for production of pet food ingredients.
Ideal candidates will need to have the physical ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis and be willing to work swing
and night shifts.
Pay is $17.00/hr. for 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 x hourly rate after 40
hours per week.
Job Duties include the following:
- Sorting/Inspecting Salmon heads/frames for grinding and processing
- Pumping Salmon slurry into vertical plate freezers or plastic totes
- Removing frozen blocks from freezing plates and placing onto inspection belt
- Placement of frozen blocks onto wooden pallets
- Cleaning the processing area
